Standard Delivery Time
Delivery time consists of two stages:

| 2 | DHL courier transport: 2–3 business days. |

- in the e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted for processing.
Shipment Tracking
Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the DHL tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status.
Important Delivery Information
- Make sure the delivery address is correct and complete (full name, street, number, postal code, city, phone number).
- Upon delivery, you may check the condition of the packaging; in the event of damage, ask the DHL courier for a damage report and contact our customer service team.
